Postage Charges
Currently a flat rate postage charge of $8.70AU applies to each Australian order, which covers small to medium parcels. If you don't want your item posted via Express, please make a comment when you submit your order and we will be in touch via email or phone, detailing your other parcel options and costs.

When your parcel has been posted, you will recieve a 'Delivered' notification from this site. It will contain your parcel number, so that you can track it with Australia Post.

All items are posted in Australia Post Express Satchels.

Packaging
Great care is taken to ensure all parcels are packed as safely as possible to avoid potential damage during transit.
All orders are packed using new bubble wrap.
Gift items, such as crystal suncatchers, will be protected in bubble wrap and then wrapped in new tissue paper.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
Any lost or damaged parcels must be reported to Ozziemaid so that a claim can be lodged with Australia Post.

International Orders
Your order will attract set flat rate postal charges and they will cover a small bulky parcel posted via 1^st Class Airmail. If you require Express Courier International, please enquire first to see if it is available to your country and the cost. In the event your parcel can be posted for a lesser amount, you will receive a refund via PayPal.
